一、我们是谁
「消费刹车喵」是一款个人记账与节流习惯应用。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和删除您的信息。
二、我们收集哪些信息
仅在您使用相应功能时收集：
1. 账号信息
- 手机号（验证码登录、找回账本）
- 微信开放平台 unionid / 授权 code（微信登录、导入旧账本）
- Sign in with Apple 的用户标识与 identity token
2. 账本内容
- 金额、时间、分类、备注、收工与习惯记录、您主动改正的统计数字
3. 您主动提供的媒体
- 语音（用于语音记账；系统语音识别可能由 Apple 处理）
- 相册或相机中的付款截图、账单文件、头像
4. 设备与通知
- 为在本机定时提醒「晚上收工」或即时提示超支，使用系统本地通知。
- 通知排程只存在这台 iPhone 上，不经过苹果远程推送（APNs），我们也不收集推送 token。
5. 云同步
- 登录后，账本会同步到腾讯云开发（地域：上海）
我们不投放广告，不向数据经纪商出售个人信息，不使用广告标识符（IDFA）做跨 App 追踪。
三、使用目的
提供记账、预算、习惯连击、超支提醒、截图入账、云同步与账号找回。不会用于与本产品无关的营销画像。
四、第三方
- 腾讯云开发（CloudBase）：账号与账本存储、云函数
- 微信开放平台：微信登录
- Apple：Sign in with Apple、系统语音识别（若您使用语音记账）
五、存储与期限
数据存储于中华人民共和国境内的腾讯云。账号存续期间保留；您注销后删除或匿名化，法律另有要求的除外。
六、您的权利
您可查阅、更正账本，退出登录，或申请注销账号。注销将删除账号及关联账本（依法需保留的除外）。

七、未成年人
本产品面向成人日常记账。如您是未成年人，请在监护人同意下使用。

更新后会在本页公布。继续使用即表示知悉更新后的政策。
1. Who we are
SpendingFreeze is a personal bookkeeping and thrift-habit app. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete your information.
2. Information we collect
We collect information only when you use the corresponding feature:
1. Account information
- Phone number (sign-in codes, recovering a ledger)
- WeChat Open Platform unionid / authorization code (WeChat sign-in, importing an older ledger)
- Sign in with Apple user identifier and identity token
2. Ledger content
- Amounts, times, categories, notes, end-of-day and habit records, and statistics you correct yourself
3. Media you choose to provide
- Voice (for voice bookkeeping; system speech recognition may be processed by Apple)
- Payment screenshots, bill files, and avatars from your photo library or camera
4. Device and notifications
- Local system notifications are used to remind you on this device to close the day in the evening, or to flag overspending right away.
- Notification schedules stay on this iPhone. They do not go through Apple remote push (APNs), and we do not collect a push token.
5. Cloud sync
- After you sign in, the ledger syncs to Tencent CloudBase (region: Shanghai)
We do not run ads, we do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) to track you across apps.
3. Purposes
To provide bookkeeping, budgets, habit streaks, overspending reminders, entry from screenshots, cloud sync, and account recovery. We do not use it to build marketing profiles unrelated to this product.
4. Third parties
- Tencent CloudBase: account and ledger storage, cloud functions
- WeChat Open Platform: WeChat sign-in
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, and system speech recognition if you use voice bookkeeping
5. Storage and retention
Data is stored on Tencent Cloud in the People’s Republic of China. It is kept while the account exists. After you delete the account, it is deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You can review and correct the ledger, sign out, or ask to delete the account. Deletion removes the account and the ledger tied to it, except where the law requires something to be kept.

7. Children
This product is for everyday bookkeeping by adults. If you are a minor, please use it with a guardian’s consent.

Updates will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the product means you have noted the updated policy.
