注销Delete Account
账号与文稿可以抹去。
注销分两步。本机上的内容在应用里立即删除。云端的识别文本、墨滴和 Apple 绑定，在我们收到可核对的邮件后 15 日内删除。
1. 在 iPhone 上删除本机数据
- 打开言落。
- 点左上角「设置」。
- 点「注销账号」。
- 确认。确认后，这台手机上的文稿、录音、墨滴缓存、隐私同意和访客标识会被抹去，并回到隐私页。
这一步只作用于这台手机。若你曾经转写或购买过，请继续发邮件，以便删除云端记录。
2. 发邮件删除云端数据
请发送到 [email protected]，标题写「注销言落账号」。邮件里请包含：
- 是否通过 Apple 登录过。
- 大约的使用或购买时间，便于核对，不必贴出文稿。
- 一个可以回复你的邮箱。
不要发送 Apple ID 密码、短信验证码或银行卡号。我们平时不保存你的邮箱；你写在这封邮件里的地址只用于确认和回复。
应用已经删掉、手机不在身边时，只发这封邮件即可。我们会在 15 日内完成删除并回复。
会删除的内容
- 本机文稿、录音、墨滴缓存、隐私同意与访客标识（你在应用里确认后立即删除）。
- 云端识别文本、会话时长与计滴记录。
- 访客标识、Apple 用户标识及其对应关系。
- 墨滴余额。未用完的滴数一并清除，不折现、不转移。
- 购买交易与账号的对应关系。法律法规要求留存的，只保留法定最短期限内最少必要的交易号和入账结果。
- 云端若仍有未删干净的录音文件，一并删除。正常情况下，录音在识别结束时已经从云端删除。
- 与该账号相关的产品事件记录。
注销之后仍然存在的内容
- Apple 账单里的购买记录由 Apple 保存。注销言落不会自动退款。退款请向 Apple 申请。
- 你已经分享到其他应用、相册或聊天里的长图，不在言落的删除范围内。
- 你发给我们的注销邮件，会保留到删除完成并回复之后，再按处理来信所需的最短时间清理。
删除之后
云端删除完成后，该 Apple 用户标识下的墨滴、赠送记录和识别文本无法恢复。若你以后重新通过 Apple 登录，那是一个新的空账本，不会自动拿回已删除的 30 滴赠送。
只想停用云端、暂时留下本机文稿时，用「设置」→「撤回同意」，不必注销。

The account and the notes can be erased.
Deletion has two steps. What is on the device is deleted immediately in the app. Recognized text, ink, and the Apple binding in the cloud are deleted within 15 days after we receive an email we can check.
1. Delete on-device data on iPhone
- Open Yanluo.
- Tap Settings at the top left.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. After you confirm, the notes, recordings, ink cache, privacy consent, and guest id on this phone are erased, and you return to the privacy screen.
This step only affects this phone. If you have transcribed or purchased before, also send the email so the cloud records can be deleted.
2. Email us to delete cloud data
Send it to [email protected] with the subject “注销言落账号”. Please include:
- Whether you have signed in with Apple.
- An approximate time of use or purchase, so we can check. You do not need to paste the notes.
- An email address we can reply to.
Do not send an Apple ID password, a text-message code, or a card number. We do not normally store your email. The address in this message is used only to confirm and reply.
If the app is already gone and the phone is not with you, this email alone is enough. We finish the deletion and reply within 15 days.
What is deleted
- On-device notes, recordings, ink cache, privacy consent, and guest id (deleted immediately after you confirm in the app).
- Cloud recognized text, session duration, and ink-counting records.
- The guest id, the Apple user id, and the link between them.
- The ink balance. Unused drops are cleared. They are not refunded in cash and cannot be transferred.
- The link between a purchase and the account. Where the law requires retention, only the minimum transaction id and credit result are kept, and only for the shortest period the law requires.
- Any recording file still left in the cloud. Normally the recording is already deleted from the cloud when recognition ends.
- Product-event records tied to that account.
What remains after deletion
- Purchase records on the Apple bill stay with Apple. Deleting Yanluo does not refund them. Ask Apple for a refund.
- Long images you already shared to another app, the photo library, or a chat are outside Yanluo’s deletion.
- The deletion email you sent us is kept until the deletion is finished and we have replied, then cleared after the shortest time needed to handle the message.
After deletion
Once the cloud deletion is finished, the ink, the gift record, and the recognized text under that Apple user id cannot be restored. If you sign in with Apple again later, that is a new empty ledger. The deleted gift of 30 drops does not come back.
If you only want to stop the cloud and keep the notes on the device for now, use Settings → Withdraw consent. You do not need to delete the account.
