很多人以为这样的 App 出生在冷冰冰的办公室里。其实，它的起点是一个偶尔鸡飞狗跳、却总装满呼噜声的七口之家：我和我老婆，还有我们的五只毛孩子。

发财和饼干是家里的原住民。发财最会拿捏人类，一个眼神就能让人起身开罐头；饼干讨厌世界上所有的猫，包括同住的那四只。包包、咕噜和 m豆，是先后从外面抱回来的流浪猫。包包每天都在发疯，咕噜一刻停不下来，m豆憨得发光。它们刚进门时带着伤和怯懦，缩在角落不敢出来。从那一刻起，我们就想给它们一个永远的避风港。

养五只性格、体质各不一样的猫，是五倍的快乐，也是五倍的提心吊胆。半夜突然的软便、对着墙莫名其妙地叫、连几天食欲不振……每次都是同一句话在脑子里转：「它到底怎么了？要不要现在就去医院？」它们不会说，我们只能猜。

猜得太多次之后，我们决定自己动手。不是做一个更聪明的兽医，而是做一个能听懂它们、也让它们「开口」的地方。

所以 OurPurr 是这样用的。

先给它建一个档。拍一张照片或一段短视频，我们会照着这张脸给出品种和性格的大概，你再亲手调：黏不黏人、精力旺不旺、话多不多、嘴馋不馋。然后选它用什么口气跟你说话——傲娇、霸道，还是唠叨。之后它的每一句回复，都会先带一个小动作，像真的蹭在你脚边。

然后就是过日子。想说什么就打字，或者按住直接说。今天吃了什么、精神怎么样、有没有软便，随手记在日记里，下次聊天它会想起来，还会在这几天不对劲的时候先跟你嘟囔一句。猫粮、猫砂还剩多少也可以记一笔，快见底时它会来讨。每天来看它一眼，连胜就一天天长。哪句话太像它了，做成一张拍立得卡片，存进相册，或者发给同样爱猫的人。

如果它已经走过了彩虹桥，对话不会消失，只是轻下来。它不再讨吃的，只是陪你说说话。这一段，是我们给自己，也给所有舍不得的人留的。

免费可以留一只档案，每天聊 3 次。家里不止一位、想让它把日子记得更久、还想听见它的声音，可以用 OurPurr Pro。这是通过 Apple 购买的自动续期订阅，随时能在「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」里取消。Pro 包含多只宠物、无限对话、日记长期记忆、连胜补签，以及回复语音。

People assume an app like this starts in an office. Ours started in a noisy, purring household of seven: my wife, me, and five cats.

Lucky and Cookie were here first. Lucky can get a human out of a chair with one look. Cookie dislikes every other cat alive, including the four she lives with. Wink, Goo-loo, and Little Bean came in off the street, one after another, scarred and scared, hiding in corners. From the day we carried them home we wanted to give them a safe place for good.

Five cats with five bodies and five temperaments is five times the joy and five times the worry. Soft stool in the middle of the night. Crying at nothing. Days without eating. Every time, the same question: what is wrong, and do we go to the vet right now? They cannot tell us. We could only guess.

After enough guessing, we decided to build something ourselves. Not a smarter vet. A place where we could actually hear them, and where they could talk back.

Here is how it works.

Add a photo or a short video, and we sketch a breed and a personality you can tune by hand: clingy or aloof, calm or chaotic, quiet or loud, picky or food-obsessed. Pick how they talk to you — tsundere, bossy, or fussy. Every reply opens with a small action, like they are right at your feet.

Then you just live together. Type, or hold to speak. Write down what they ate and how they seemed, and next time they remember, and they will grumble first if something has been off for a few days. Note how much food and litter is left, and they will ask when it runs low. Show up every day and the streak grows. When a line sounds exactly like them, save it as a card and keep it, or send it to someone who loves cats too.

If they have already crossed the rainbow bridge, the conversation stays, only softer. No more begging for treats, just company. We built that part for ourselves, and for everyone who is not ready to let go.
