这个 App 做什么
OurPurr 用你上传的照片、性格设置和笔记，生成一只会说话的宠物。你可以文字或语音聊天，记录日常和健康情况，保持每天互动的连胜，并把一句回复做成卡片分享。
它是情感陪伴，不能代替兽医。宠物看起来不舒服时，请联系执业兽医。
常见问题
登录
- 支持「通过 Apple 登录」、Google 登录和邮箱密码。
- Apple 或 Google 登录窗口被关掉时，不会创建账号，请再试一次。
- 邮箱登录失败时，请检查拼写；该邮箱若已注册，请直接登录而不是重新注册。
建档与照片
- 需要相机或相册权限才能上传宠物照片或短视频。可在 iPhone「设置 → OurPurr」里打开。
- 照片用于推测品种和性格倾向，结果可以在档案里改。这不是医疗诊断。
聊天
- 免费版：一只宠物，每个本地自然日 3 次对话。次数在你的时区零点重置。
- 发不出去或很久没有回复：请检查网络。超过约 8 秒没有响应时，宠物会显示一条离线提示，有网后再发一次即可。
- 订阅 OurPurr Pro 后：无限对话、多只宠物、日记长期记忆、每月连胜补签，以及回复语音。
语音
- 按住说话需要麦克风和语音识别权限，识别由 iPhone 系统完成。
- 播放宠物语音属于 Pro 功能。未订阅时点语音，会打开订阅页。
通知与连胜
- 每天大约 20:00，如果当天还没聊过，会推送一条提醒。请在系统设置里允许通知。
- 连胜按本地日期计算，当天多次聊天只计一次。
- Pro 每月有连胜补签次数，用完后需等到下月。
订阅
- OurPurr Pro 通过 Apple 自动续订。费用记入你的 Apple ID。
- 管理或取消：iPhone「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」。请在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。
- 换机或重装后，在订阅页点「恢复购买」。
- 删除 OurPurr 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请另行在系统订阅里关闭。

请尽量写上：iPhone 系统版本、App 版本、登录方式，以及问题发生的步骤。不要在邮件里发送银行卡号。
OurPurr is an iOS pet-companionship app. It is not veterinary advice.
- Sign-in: Apple, Google, or email and password.
- Photos: allow Camera or Photos in Settings → OurPurr. Breed and personality suggestions can be edited.
- Free plan: one pet, 3 chats per local day. Pro (auto-renewable via Apple) adds unlimited chat, multiple pets, diary memory, streak freezes, and voice playback.
- Voice input uses the microphone and Apple speech recognition. Reply audio is a Pro feature.
- Streak reminders are sent around 20:00 local time if you have not chatted that day. Allow notifications.
- Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your OurPurr account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
